TidyTinyPics est un petit soft qui permet de redimensionner et de renommer des images très rapidement et simplement.

Economiyaki est une librairie qui facilite la manipulation de market-data avec Bloomberg, Reuters voir Yahoo Finance, et qui permet de les utiliser de façon transparente en fournissant une couche d’abstraction simple.

Economiyaki fournit aussi plusieurs contrôles Winforms, qui permettent d’exploiter ces données directement. Il est ainsi possible, en quelques lignes, d’établir une connection à Bloomberg, et en temps réel, d’afficher une courbe sur l’évolution de l’EURJPY par rapport à une autre.

Un outil appelé “Jumbler” se trouve aussi dans le package. Il est directement utilisable, assemble les différents contrôles Winforms et exploitent la totalité de la librairie. Des links peuvent être établi graphiquement entre les différents contrôles, et les données peuvent être retravaillé en temps réel par des scripts en IronPython.

L’ensemble est OpenSource et disponible sur Codeplex.

This plugin adds an option to the “All Posts” screen in order to be able to re-size all the images contained in a post to either the Thumbnail size, Medium size or Large size. The plugin doesn’t actually re-sizes physically the files: it only rewrites the HTML code for the images (including the caption if any) with the correct ‘width’ and ‘height’ values.

Neuroo is a free flashcard application that allows you to learn vocabulary (or whatever else) throughout the day, at home or at work. Its aim is to be very straightforward and convenient to use, and to be able to be used everywhere (keeping your decks of flashcards and progress synchronized). A pop-up will appear regularly, asking if you remember this flashcard or not. For now, it has been developed only for Google Chrome, as an extension. Later on, iPhone, Android, and Window Mobile versions will be added, and will work all together along with the Google Chrome’s version. Screenshots.

This WordPress plugin allows you to rename physically the media files by changing their titles, and it will also update theirs references in the posts automatically (cleaner files + better SEO). I tried to use a plugin called rename-media (0.1) in the past, but it wasn’t working properly on IIS and Windows. Also, it wasn’t updating the links in the posts, and was crashing (on Linux) when I tried to use fancy titles. That’s why I decided to create my own (if you wondered :p).
